Just saw your reply. I followed the steps you suggested. Game is still same, hung up on free pass rewards . I'm frustrated right now as I play game every day on my laptop! I did notice on this game, the only game I play, when I checked for updates it said game was modified Sept 23, the day when this happened and then I contacted you Sept 24. Please fix.

the game is getting worse on my laptop. Playing this morning and when I finish a round, the screen just stays there, won't advance to replay level, won't advance at all. Even if I don't win, screen just stays there, I have to close out of game and restart game to play level again.
I just restarted my computer and was able to play level over again. ???
Please advise….
Oh, that sounds really frustrating! 😓 The Studio recently fixed the issue, so Star Cats Season should be working as expected now. Are you experiencing the lagging issue in the game, or just during Star Cats Season? It’d be super helpful if you could contact Player Support and send them a screen recording. Unfortunately, it's impossible to upload videos in the community, so contacting Player Support directly is the best approach. The team will make sure you get the help you need!
10/27/24 no one EVER contacted me about help with my game! I played 4 rounds of those games and I never could collect above level 3 in the rewards! You said someone would contact me. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME.! Thanks a lot for ignoring my issue!!! For all the years I've been playing and putting money into this game I can't believe you just blew me off.
