Issue with collecting rewards in latest Star Cats Games

Another issue for me in the current games! I can't advance in my free rewards from level 1 to level 2.

I've won 4 times to complete level 2 and all it does is go thru the motions of 3 amulets and then does nothing, stays on level 1reward.

We have produced a fix for the event

before I raise it please try the following

Check you have no pending updates

Clear the game cache from your device settings menu

Android

Select apps then select bw3 then select Storage

IPhone

Tap on the Settings icon and then choose General. Tap on the section iPhone Storage. Shortly, all apps and their storage usage will be listed. Choose the app for which you wish to clear the cache.

Then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets it for you

it's happening with my Windows 11 laptop, sorry should have said.

I just tried playing on my Android phone and its not happening on the phone. On phone it let me collect rewards up to level 6,

what should I do, as I play mostly on laptop?

I can't change browser, there is no browser, it's an app that opens in its own window. there was a "repair" available without deleting data, tried that, still stuck on level 2 of free rewards, while on level 5 of rewards on my phone.

please advise. don't want to lose all my current rewards in the game by deleting my data. I have 25, 26, 35, 7, 6, 1 across the bottom.

What is the app you play the game through 💓

On my Android phone, app is working correctly, I got app from Google Play store.

On my Windows 11 laptop, app is not working correctly as described, I got app from Windows Store.

thx. again, I have used to repair/reset option which didn't fix, reluctant to use more drastic repair of clearing data and losing all my rewards
