My Game is not working - (Now fixed)!

Mine has not been working either for the last two weeks. I have done the cookie thing, tried other browsers, rebooted my computer, tried playing on a different pc and still it wont work. I click the play button and it just sits there. i can see the fairies flying around and making noise and the play buttong just throbs. What is going on?????

I've been playing on FB, Chrome, Windows 7 PC and my user ID is 1029642812. For a couple of days I have not been able to play, every time the game loads, the Play button appears, but I cannot click it or anything on the screen at all. I have already tried the initial troubleshooting provided by the Support team, all permissions in FB are ok and there is nothing to update. Could you please kindly advise for a solution? My game is also not working. When I click on my current level that I would like to play, the owl comes up with the play button, but when I click play the screen reverts to the map and nothing happens after that (the game doesn't open).

I play on a PC laptop using Chrome. My Chrome settings are up-to-date.
