Unable to play the background music after minimizing and restoring Bubble Witch 3 Saga & v9.5.0.0 on Windows 11. Is it by design?

Please check you have no updates pending
Once you are on the up to date version you may need to go into your game settings and reselect your preferences π

Hi my friend if both of those tabs are green you should be able to hear the music

@PrettyBubbles I did have the volume up. Still not hear the sound.
Hi my friend one thing left for us to try with you would be to clear the game cache
Here is how on windows 11
Clearing the cache removes temporary files, but it won't delete any downloaded files such as games or login credentials, or custom settings.
Open Settings from the Start menu or by pressing Win+i
Go to System > Storage
Select Temporary files
Select the content you want to remove the cache from
Select Remove file/files
Select Continue to start the deletion process
Clearing the cache can help fix lots of issues on your device like games not downloading, the apps being stuck in offline mode, or game downloads or updates being stuck on a certain percentage.
