Unable to play the background music after minimizing and restoring Bubble Witch 3 Saga & v9.5.0.0 on Windows 11. Is it by design?

Hi my friend one thing left for us to try with you would be to clear the game cache
Here is how on windows 11
Clearing the cache removes temporary files, but it won't delete any downloaded files such as games or login credentials, or custom settings.ย
Open Settings from the Start menu or by pressing Win+iย
Go to System > Storageย
Select Temporary filesย
Select the content you want to removeย the cache from
Select Remove file/files
Select Continue to start the deletion processย
Clearing the cache can help fix lots of issues on your device like games not downloading, the apps being stuck in offline mode, or game downloads or updates being stuck on a certain percentage.ย

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
