Where are my rewards for passing an episode?
I just completed level 1020. Never got my rewards the map just went straight to three next episode. I played the next level just to see if maybe it would show up them, but I still got nothing.

Not receiving rewards
I first obtained Dax's key, then didn't get my rewards, then I completed my world and didn't get the reward at the end before you go to the portal . It took me to the next level. I'm at level 2444. Is there a glitch?

Gold bar transfer
I have 2 accounts... 1 with gold bars that I had forever, and a 2ns account the is really far in the map. I don't play the one with the gold bars anymore and would like to transfer them to my active account so they don't go wasted. Is there anyway I can have that done... Maybe for a small fee?

How do I get my progress back??
I was doing the raccoon challange and I wanted to ask for more lives. I noticed I wasn't signed into Facebook so I signed in and the raccoon challange was no longer showing up on my screen. I've been working on it for days and I was on level 8!! Please help me get this back!!

Screen freezing
Every time I’ve played this weekend, I can’t purchase or collect piggy bank, the screen freezes and have to exit out of app but it just keeps happening

I have made many payments. This past week it won't let me buy anything. My credit card info is up to date and everything is correct. How can this be fixed so I can buy gold bars and empty my piggy bank?
