Yesterday all my boosters disappeared after a passed a level. I have logged out and logged in again. The boosters are still not there. Can you please restore my boosters. Thanks

Frozen game for WEEKS
I can not play! As soon as I hit play it freezes at the point this game tries to give me my daily prize! I've restarted my phone & updated this app... NOTHING helps!

Gift in upper right hand corner - can't collect!
I updated today and game seems time but now I have a gift from the game in the upper right-hand corner, under the gold button.
