Daily bonus
Today it's not letting me collect my daily bonus and I'm at like day 356. This has happened before and I've had to start over at day 1 again what is going on?

Can anyone help me figure out how to claim the box that is on my screenshot?
I have tried tapping it and it's not doing anything. I received the silver box on the recent quest challenge that they were having.

Moved to iPhone 11 pro and lost haptics and fun events like build a bot.
This happened yesterday. I can't participate in the games that I did and no haptics. If I had know this was going to happen I would have re-thought the new phone. PLEASE tell me this can be fixed. Thanks,

I won all the jelly Queen levels but did not receive the character!
After finishing all the 10 levels of the challenge, the game only gave me 400 stickers and I couldn't get her majesty on my team, the event totally disappeared, I even made a purchase to win the last level, so please either fix the bug and let me have the jelly Queen or give me my money back :'(

I completed the dunk the cookies goal and told me that my live are refilled but did not get the lives. I rebooted, cleared my cache and same thing.

Jelly queen disappeared
Hi, I was on level 9 of Jelly Queen this morning, with loads of days left to go but now she has completely disappeared for no apparent reason. Can anyone help? I’ve turned WiFi off and on and cleared cache but still no good.

My sister can watch videos to earn boosters in Candy Crush Friends. I’ve never gotten that option. Why not? Also, I never got the Candy Queen quest. Is there a way I can get this on my game?
