    well, I don’t know where to find my user ID. I’m connected through FB. I have an iPhone X on ios 12.1.4. And updated everything yesterday.
    And my user Id is 1020704074.

    Hi @nbagley - so you said you did an update yesterday correct? Since then have you tried to log in and out of your King and/or Fb account? Have thought tried clearing the cache and cookies on your device? Lastly try simply turning it on and off to see if it will get the game to force close and re sync. Let us know if that works!

    @Foley1362 I’ve done everything but the cache clearing. I’m playing through an app on my iphone; What cache/cookies am I clearing and how?

    Try this @nbagley. Just make sure NOT to delete the app or you will lose all your boosters.

    Good morning. Still not able to play the game. Not sure when @firebombmarkus @Pummy_Raj @Alansmart @Joseph45 @Foley1362 will get back with me. I obviously like the and trying not to just throw it away.

    Hi @nbagley - please be patient with the Superstar team as they are just volunteers and are in different time zones all throughout the world. 

    One more question for me - do you have a lot of boosters or gold saved up? If NOT you can proceed with the deleting and reinstalling of the app but it does wipe out any boosters. That might resolve the issue but is usually a last resort.  

    If you are connected via FB your progress in the game should be saved it’s just a matter of whether or not you are okay with losing the boosters.
