    Yeah @Foley1362, but I still need 17 more for the event, and I got pretty decent scores on most of my previous levels... :(

    🌈 Happy St Patrick’s Day ☘️ all! ... I was so hopeful the costume event would 🎩 magically reappear, however just hasn’t happened. It’s a little disapointing and unsure why this keeps happening to me. Maybe I just haven’t got the luck of the Irish on my side! 🍀

    I actually was able to finish both star chaser events myself, but it's quite sad knowing some players like yourself are experiencing such difficulty even gaining access to this event...  :( 

    I'm sure you tried this already, but did you try clearing the game cache for CCFS? I heard this can sometimes help with problems. :o

    Well unfortunately I only know how to do it on android, BUT I believe @Pummy_Raj likely knows where to find this information.  :o

    I doubt it's the same as Android @MiaChristine , but on mine you have to locate where your phone stores application data. For me this is located in the "Settings" and then under the "Apps" section. From there you just scroll down until you see "Candy Crush Friends" and tap it. Once inside there you tap "Storage" and it gives you options to either "Clear Data" or "Clear Cache".

    Anyways I don't know if any of this will help you, but that's how I reach it on my device. Maybe it will be helpful to someone else though? O.o

    @MiaChristine, I did not know that you lost the event in your game!!  I think I have missed that post :(  Did you earn some stars in the event OR you have not received it at all??

    Just a heads-up:  If the event did not show up at all, re-installing the App can fix the issue.  But, please be aware that by doing so, you will be loosing your boosters in the game!!  Bye for now!

    Hello @QueenMia sorry I missed your message last night had tornadoes warnings and lost power for a while... the lightning was spectacular 🌩 Anyway ... I did screenshot when I got the St Patrick quest notification only when it popped up. I’m pretty sure I was 3/4 of the way because I had 10 stars the first night and collected at least 10 more before it went poof 💨 First off my user ID is 1152775789 and wondering can I switch my account from Facebook to King? Also I did check for updates and tried logging out/in then removed and reinstalled the app but quest is completely gone, same as the last time during the tiff Valentines quest. Same thing happened to me last time and had to do the event 2 times. However this time the event isn’t appearing at all.




    @Pummy_Raj see my original post above, I received the quest on Wednesday March 13 and was 3/4 way through collecting stars having 20 of the 30 stars needed but the quest completely disappeared on March 14th and hasn’t returned even after doing the following: checking for game update, logged out/in Facebook, reinstalled app, restart iPhone, clean cookies and cache. Nothing works to get it back. Frustrating indeed and had same issues last costume event but was able to recover on last day of that challenge. On same day March 14 I requested help through support on Facebook but no response there yet. I’m in limbo and have lost interest in these challenges

    I am very sorry to hear that @MiaChristine :(:( first of all, I apologize for getting back to the post so late!!  I completely understand how hard it is to earn that many Stars (especially, with lack of lives)!!

    i am tagging @QueenMia to look into the issue, just in case if she missed your tag in above post :+1:   Hopefully, you will get the event back with all the stars you have achieved!! Hang in there 🤗
