(FIXED) You DID NOT receive your REWARD at the end of the level/episode?

For the past several weeks, I'll get the hours of free play rewards but it would never take affect and I never got the hours. Can you please tell me how to fix this as it's getting ridicules now and aggravating

I didn't receive the reward for level 600 today (13 Oct). You sent an award to me last week which was supposed to be for four levels (520, 540, 560 and 580). On reflection, I think it only covered one level as it was much smaller than I would expect for four levels. Please could you check?

Completed quest for Rachel Raccoon, completed star chaser quest for Rachel, got message I'd earned all characters and costumes....don't have Rachel in my scrapbook. no longer see any Rachel info on my screens.

I didnt recieve my rewards at the end of levels 920 and 940!! Completed both islands and no reward!! Thank youuu!!
