    Hi @PummyRaj

    This issue appeared to me too yesterday after the app updated to the latest version (1.51.4) in my Android mobile

    The update fixed the crashing problem that happened after I get booster stickers from watching ads. I'm able to accept my extra ads rewards, return to the main map but when I click on any level I can't play because no costume can be chosen. I tried them all, nobody works unless I close the app and launch it again, then the costumes reappear. I logged out, cleared cache, restarted my phone and logged in but this still happens every time I watch ads, it's not a big issue in the end but I wanted to report it

    EDIT: now the characters loading issue happens after watching ads for extra moves too

    At first I thought it could be the special characters, as Werner and Pinga were having issue with Summer Tiffi. But, looking at your screenshots, it is definitely not! Thank you for sharing them.

    Are you on a Samsung Device or iOS? Also, not sure if the team needs it or not, please post your game ID also.

    My device is Samsung (Android) and my ID is 6875273150

    By the way, I'm able to restore all my characters but angel bubblegum troll doesn't cooperate (I mean, what do we expect from him ๐Ÿคฃ) and I can't make it work now. I don't have original bubblegum troll in my scrapbook so I can't use the character at all on my mobile.

    (Angel BGT works fine on my w10 app)

    I saw @annielynn79 is having a similar problem with Angel here

    How did it happen? Did you do anything differently OR installed an update? Can you please let me know?


    Just as I was suspecting... the issue is occurring on Samsung devices (for now)!

    I have attended the thread by "Annielynn", as Werner as tagged me there. But for some reason, my comment is not being posted and staying in Draft (It happens sometimes, I will have to keep on trying ๐Ÿ˜…)

    It was also on Windows 10 PC, but it is fine with me on Android and PC now. Even before the latest updates.

    Just updated the app yesterday, as I said in my first comment ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I didn't do anything else in my game nor in my device.

    Can you please tell me which device you are using? Also, is it only the "Angel Bubblegum Troll" that is having the loading issues? All other characters working fine?

    I would suggest you to finish the level with another character OR different costume of BGT for now, UNTIL the issue gets resolved.

    Once the team is back to work, I will come back with any update I have ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ

    I had the same issue with Olivia on rtwo different levels -- 2345 and 2349. I play on an Android mobile device and my version is up-to-date.

    Thank you for working with the Studio to fix this.
