@MountainMom i am not getting an error message. Usually when I send lives it will go to web page for Facebook (in safari web browser) and I then click to go back into game. This doesn’t happen and friends are reporting that no lives are being received. I play on iPhone 13 Pro Max and operating system is up to date as well as Facebook and candy crush are all updated
We are still trying to understand the issue with Facebook and lives in CCFS, @dananelleand @JerryBonnie. Would you be able to create a screen recording showing this issue? It would be great if you could share it with Player Support or here in this forum.

@dananelle, I found this video on YouTube for screen recording on iPhone. There are similar videos for Android phones. I've never done one of these myself, so I hope the video helps.

@MountainMom I am now not even getting requests to send lives I’ve watched the video but it won’t let me attach as says not compatible so have searched but can’t figure out how to change to compatible format
@dananelle, I got some advice from another Moderator. I was reminded that we are not allowed to upload videos, but rather to attach links to videos on an approved platform like YouTube. Alternatively, you could put your video in Dropbox and then reply with a shareable link rather than trying to upload. I am sorry this is proving to be so difficult.

I’ve contacted support and they were no help at all so I given up
@dananelle, I found an article in the Help Center that might be helpful. Tap HERE and scroll to the part after the troubleshooting steps. The issue might be related to the Notifications in Facebook.
