A splash of soda

”Be careful dear,” the factory manager warned Kimmy, “these machines are very rare and precious.”

Kimmy was in awe looking at the machines used to prepare the soda. The windows were rainbow-coloured and there were candies everywhere. A drop of soda dripped out of a pipe.

”Don’t touch the wheel!” the factory manager warned Kimmy again, “the gush of soda can flood the entire factory in a second!”

Kimmy nodded obediently but unfortunately, the manager’s warning fell on deaf ears. Being a curious girl, Kimmy turned the wheel clockwise and guess what happened. Soda started gushing out of the pipes, just like a waterfall. It flooded nearly half of the factory. The factory manager went berserk seeing this and started chasing after Kimmy, screaming.

“You brat! Get back here this instant!”

Luckily, Kimmy was a great swimmer and so, she swam her way out of the factory and searched for a boat. As she got onto the boat, another gush of soda burst the doors open and a huge wave crashed Kimmy’s boat. Kimmy tried to swim to shore but sadly, she drowned into the soda. Her world suddenly became black. Kimmy could not open her eyes. It felt like she was in a coma or something.
