Hello, I came here to make this same thread with Olivia downloading but I see this is a common problem. My user id is 12296397277. Like others, I tried everything including reinstalling and nothing's working. Thank you.

There was an update today and now Olivia is working for me, hopefully it'll last.

Hello everyone! Olivia is manually repaired on all of them where I gave the ID to the studio.
In addition, the studio has been working on a fix, so it should now work for everyone. If someone is still having problems with Olivia, please check your store for an update and run it.

I am attempting to play but every time I pick a character, it says it is downloading but never completes the process....therefore, I am unable to play. Is there a problem with the game?

Generally when a character appears downloading and does not finish it may be because the game server is busy or if it is a disguise sometimes it happens when you do not have the main character other times it works to clear the cache so that it can download (when deleting the enhancers are lost)

Please check your store for an update and do it. There was a problem with Olivia, which should be fixed.
If you have the same problem and your store hasn't provided an update, please go HERE and post your ID. We then have to repair it manually.

i have been having the same problem. It started last week when I try to play without being connected to the internet. This morning it’s happening even though I am connected.

My Olivia downloading issue was fixed shortly after I reported. Now ALL characters are sticking at downloading and I can't play at all
