I also did not receive any prizes from Ice Cream Event that recently ended! I was in first place at the end of the event also! Very disappointed since I play all the time and buy boosters and gold bars regularly!
Sometimes rewards require you to sign on and claim them. Hopefully you were able to do so in time? Good luck and keep up the awesome work!

Just wanted to report I also didn't get any prizes. I played on one device only [Android, model: Galaxy a20e ] and didn't anything remarkable. troubleshooting didn’t work, so. Weird. Game version is 1.68.2 and I'm available for other details
Player Support is unreachable so I'll give up on the prizes, again 🤷♀️
I'll have you know this is the second time in a row this happens after the version with Tiffi collecting stars 🤷♀️🤷♀️ no prizes delivered that time as well
hope similar events and golden tea cup event won't be affected 🙃

I had the 2nd place in this competition and received my rewards. I picked them up right after the end of the competition.

I won 1st place on the ice cream challenge but i got nothing. It ended a couple of days ago, or does it take a while to get the prizes? It kind of is killing my joy in playing the game...Thanks!
I had the same problem. I was logged on one hour before the end and was in 1st place by more than 300 cones... I seriously doubt that I was overtsken.
No prizes received. A bit disappointed really.
Usually not everyone received this event including me sometimes they banish with out any reason and giving not prize but just keep a eye out and make sure you have the latest version
I only play on one device and I still did not receive anything :( This seems like a glitch, but I will check again tomorrow…

I've done that many many times today.
I've exited and restarted the program multiple times. It's not crediting me.
@SamKnight hmmm, a breakdown is conceivable. Also, that you were no longer with the first 10 players within a short time. Nevertheless, you should have received a message. I mainly play on one device, but I have the app installed on two devices.
On my main device I also received the reward for the 2nd place. On the other device, I was told I wouldn't get a reward because I'm only registered there in 33rd place. That's fine too, I only played a few levels there on the weekend.
Apparently, the results of this event are registered separately on each device and not for the account (then I would probably have received the reward on both devices).
Maybe you play on different devices and it wasn't shown to you because of it?

I do have a stable internet connection and I have closed and reopened the app today around a dozen times over a 3 hour period of time.
Either I dropped from 1st to 20th place in under 2 hours or it seems like there is a glitch…

Please open your game again and make sure you have a stable internet connection.
You may need to do it several times.
Sometimes when I open my game, all events are gone from the map. I close and open it several times. Sometimes I also disconnect from my device and reconnect to the Internet. So far, it has always worked for me after that.

I also didn’t receive my reward, with less than an hour to go I was 1st, I only play on the one device
I have a strong feeling the same will happen to me again on the star rewards. There is no way I'm on first as I've been stuck on a super hard level all week but still saying I'm in first by more than 300.
Are we any closer to resolving the ice cream one? I thought I had actually won 1st place on that one.

I'm beginning to understand what's going on (at least in my game) for the past cycles of star race - ice cream race - star race again
We've been not getting any rewards because all the races have been merged into one and this never ending race has not stopped yet
This is my progress from ice cream race but the game now passes it off as star race progress when star race started this morning. But I haven't started playing and collecting stars yet.

I thought something weird happened when ice cream race started, it must have had the stars collected in previous star race which I didn't get any prize for either. But I didn't take any screenshots then to actually notice it
Edit: I tried troubleshooting again and app is updated. No change
Yes, I’m observing the same thing as @krisp88 and @Pitty_Kitty . The star race just started and it also showed me in first place with over 300 stars, but it was the first time I had played since the stars race started. There is clearly a huge bud in the game that the developers need to address. I’m starting to loss faith in this games ability to track progress :(
Thank you for your observations @Pitty_Kitty, @SamKnight and @krisp88. Unfortunately, I don't have any information from the studio about this yet and will ask our CM to ask again. However, the errors in events should not affect the score.
I found the main issue is the way the app updates the progress. I can be bounced around 20 or so places in a matter of minutes. Then it only seems to update mine and it starts again. I simply gave up and don't play any levels when these types of events are on.

Your situation sounds unique. Here are some ideas.
1. Do you login on a different device than your husband? If so, please try logging in on his device (or another device) and see if your gold bars get delivered.
2. Have you tried recommended troubleshooting suggestions? ...restarting your device, making sure your game app and device's operating system are up-to-date, making sure that you clear the cache in your browser regularly: https://clear-my-cache.com/windows.html
3. If you still have not received your gold bars, please tell us the type device and operating system you are using (e.g. Windows 10 on a PC, Android mobile device) and include your User ID.
We will work with you to find the solution. In any reply, please include my name preceded by an @ sign (@MountainMom) so I get notified of your reply.
Won 1st place with ice cones this week. Today the contest ended, put in an effort - more than 7k cones at the end...
its such a childish bug from Candy Crash developers and testers team. Simply LOL. How hard is it to store the winners after contests end and hand over the prizes once winners login next time??!
whats the nonesense of needing to be logged in the moments or right after contests end in order to receive the price? Is this app developed and not updated since 1990?

I won a 2nd place in the recent ice cream cone contest, but I didn’t receive my rewards. The contest icon just disappeared and I can’t find a place to claim my rewards.
I played on my iPhone and logged in with my Apple ID. I tried to log out and re-logged in, still nothing to claim. What should I do?

I also did not get my prizes. I checked back after 8 hours and 15min exactly (set an alarm I’m such a nerd) and it was just gone. No prizes or anything. I checked back again right now and still nothing. Disappointed
