The functionality of the team leader is a known issue. Unfortunately, I do not have a timeline as to when it will be fixed, and the same goes for the 'search for teams' tool. Information shared in the community is always forwarded to the team, but the final decision rests with the Studio.
I understand that this might not be the answer you were hoping for, and I'm sorry that you and other players have been experiencing these issues for such a long time. As soon as I have any updates on these matters, our CCFS community will be the first to know!
P.S. Given that the discussion has shifted this way, I would like to remind our community members of the House Rules, especially one of the main ones - Be Kind.

@Snow_Rider I know that you are now gone for the weekend but when you return perhaps you can help me understand more about this testing. If they just initiated a series of testing on Feb 2nd, then what was I on since May 2023? Also I would like to know what the previous setting might have been if I, as the team leader, haven't had the event in many months? How many times have they changed their testing?
If the studio has decided to get back to a previous A/B setting then where does that leave my account? I've been here and also was in the previous King Care Community and the testing has not made the game experience more enjoyable for so many players. I totally understand that there are 4 candy crush games and perhaps I've been very fortunate not to have been too affected by the testing here in Friends; however, you never knew about the testing issues from the other games. As a Superstar I never had an appropriate answer to explain how a level could go from 50 moves down to 12 moves in CC Saga, except to say that their game was in A/B testing. I'm going to end this now except for the fact that I have no clue which testing group I was in and when I'll get it back so that I can rebuild my team.

I think the situation is even worse than it seems at first glance.
I imagined myself in the place of a player on our team who is not in the Community. He doesn't know about the problems that the studio generously gave us.
Imagine that I am not Elena (team leader). I am one of the players on Elena's team.
For example, tomorrow I will log into the game. And I see that I'm not on the team. I was left alone. I am shocked. What am I thinking at this moment?
I think:
"I played for many months or even several years in this team. I participated in all DDS. I was an active participant. I brought a lot of benefit to this team. But now I am not on the team. Why? I was kicked out! Why I was kicked out I don’t know. I did so much for our team, but Elena kicked me off the team. Why? She's an ungrateful and irresponsible leader. Ok. You don't want me on the team? I don't want to be on your team anymore either. I'll join another team. A I'll forget about Elena's team."
We will lose many players who will never return to our teams.

You are so right, Elena. The trouble is that the Studio never seems to think of the consequences before it makes changes. If it did, none of this would have happened. I feel sorry for those who will definitely have the feelings you express and who will blame the innocent team leaders.
