I purchased the $1.99 10 gold bars and received a message that the store was not available so I did not receive the bars. I purchased the same again and the transaction was successful. I now see two charges for $1.99. Please refund or provide the other 10 bars.

Hello, I have spent a few 100 bucks this month on all the candy crush games this month.  On the candy crush saga game I had around 200 lives last night when I went to bed just signed back in to play now and I have like 5.  Where the heck r all my lives.   I questioned before the way they r diminishing quick and I started paying attention and here we go found it for sure right now.  I want my money back all of it or a bunch of lives.   I feel extremely cheated

Can my money be refunded because as soon as I spend 10.00. The levels run out. This is the 2nd time and unfair
