Since I have the symbol, I don't know. But what may be is that you may have an old device. A lot has to do with that.
Then it would be better to buy a new device. Some of them are available cheaply.

-I am new at this game.

-I have a new iPhone 15 with lots of memory and gbs.
-The game updates automatically and I have the current version 3.13.0

I am also using the right credentials.

*Do you think join the team button has something to do with having completed all the characters in the game?

I play with a team but that’s something I didn’t choose. And I don’t get any rewards if I reach a 1st. Place.
Maybe it’s computer or system generated.
Like when you play Diamond Diaries Saga that you play against other players on a list that the game is giving you?

So far, I don’t know what else to do to get this option in my game.

I play three king games on my mobile phone and it’s new with enough memory and GB. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@95chata, Thanks for trying all the troubleshooting steps. Have you saved your progress to the King servers? I only ask in case you play on Facebook. There are sometimes unique issues when playing on the Facebook platform.

If you have a new device that's fine. I don't know if it depends on
the device type. Maybe from the company. I have no idea. We have
often talked here about how difficult it is to join a team. Here too,
nothing is being done about it.
Maybe it would be good to talk to the CM yourself.🤷‍♀️

I appreciate you trying to help me on this.
I remember playing this game CCF years ago and I had to delete it because it wasn’t that exciting for me. It was boring…
Later CCJS was launched and with more exciting features so I was happy to play and stick to it. But now, this game also is becoming difficult to play to the point that I pretty much gave up on it.

So I said one day, I will try to play CCF again and see how it goes. But still, it doesn’t convince me.
I thought that maybe if I join a team I will feel more excited but I notice that also this option is becoming difficult to get in my game app…

I will not feel frustrated about it anymore so I will leave it the way it is.
