I lost my game progress
I've been through the 1380s, and when I wanted to save the stage by connecting to Facebook, I went from the first stage. It will not return to the 1380 stage. What should I do?

For the past 3 days Candy Crush Jelly will not load. There is a message that YOU are having a problem with the game and are working on it. The regular Candy Crush loads/plays just fine, but I prefer the Candy Crush Jelly. Please fix your Jelly game
