I've researched a bit, as I wouldn't want to suggest re-installing, unless it's the last resort, as I don't want to risk you loosing any progress, if you weren't able to have an opportunity to save your game, before this happened.
So I'm going to give you a few more options to try and cross my fingers that one of them will work for you.

Just wanted to cover all the basic steps first lol So, you're signed up to The King Community? Have the King Account synced with your Facebook account?
We know you've cleared the cache entirely from your browser. Have you turned off the device and restarted it and then logged back in? Have you tried using a different browser? This is something I actually tried a couple of days ago and mine is good to go :0)
Is windows and the game up to date?
Is the login in different on King.com from the King Community? There is a little trouble there, but I'm working on it. Just waiting on an email.

I think I had a king.com account awhile ago, but I signed up for King Community separately and now I can't remember my old login to change things. It's 12:30am here now. I'm assuming since you said good morning a little while ago, we are in very different places, LOL I have a doctor appointment in the morning and then I will figure it out in the afternoon and let you know. I'm sorry I didn't post yesterday, I am having some headache issues and didn't get online at all. I am working on it right now and it's proving to be a mystery, I'll let you know in a bit.
Okay, here is the deal so far, I can't log in to King.com with the same credentials as the Community. It says my password or email is incorrect. I have sent a message to support to see if they can figure it out as I don't see anywhere to create a new account. So far it means I can't try your fixes that you so generously researched for me. ๐ฅ I probably set up a King.com account a long time ago with an email address I no longer use, yet I got an email from King.com on the email that I used to set up the Community account just two days ago, so I'm confused, LOL. Hopefully I can get it straightened out. I hope this made a small amount of sense, LOL
