Thank You for fixing it. I thought people were just not sending lives back to me. Because I ask everyday and despite the fact I send lives to people it's been a while since I've gotten any from friends. But, my teammates, 2 of them anyway, always send to me. Thanks Everyone.
Hi @CallyJFT96 and welcome to the community :)
If you receive that kind of message you have a bigger problem than not getting lives from friends, I'm afraid. Your app got corrupted and now it can't connect to the server regardless of your internet connection, which means you can't use your gold bars and most importantly save your progress when you play.
Please read this post:
You could try as suggested below and see if it can help:
Usually though this error can only be solved by unistalling and reinstalling the app because there's no general fix for this. You'll get to save your gold bars and the most recently synced progress but you'll lose all the boosters because they cannot be transferred.
Hope it helps
I got that same red message about an hour ago. I tried closing and going right back in, that's where it got weird. Put a bunch of IP addresses up on the screen saying they were mine but I highly doubt that since it also said something about a vanilla sever and Minneapolis. I'm all the way as far as you can go east in Wisconsin before you hit the water. Strange but not enough for me not to just close it and reload the page. 3rd time got me in! Fun Times!
Hi there!
@CallyJFT96 , in this specific case, the change on Facebook is only affecting the sending and receiving of lives, not the connection in general. So @Pitty_Kitty is right- these are the steps you should try out, please, to get back on track.
@Lindz1026 , this time it's necessary to update the app manually. HERE you'll find the guide on how to do it. 😊
I hope this helps!
