1- and 2- hour of lives not working
Last night I got to a key and won an hour of lives but it didn' give it to me...just got to play my last 2 lives (aka just a couple more minutes). Finished level 3260 and can't find anymore? Was in the middle of a contest on the last island and can't continue. Frustrated.

I purchased the starter pack on Candy Crush. I did not receive boosters. Can it be fixed?
I purchased starter pack. I received the gold bars for extra lives, but did not receive any of the boosters.

The game says I won an hour of unlimited lives
This is happened to me twice, I get a message that says live one one hour of unlimited lives. They don’t know and once I use my five lives I can’t play anymore. Why does this keep happening? This happened on level 1095 and again on 1099.

Turn off sound and keep setting
The online FB version of Candy Crush no longer keeps the setting for the sounds. Every time you enter the application the sounds/music come back. Please turn off the sounds/music!

Candy Crush boosters didn’t work.
I just used three “switch” boosters in my Candy Crush game, but they didn’t work. I’m asking if these could please be put back into my account.
