My game on facebook doesn't function anymore. As I wrote to you earlier I got moved back from level ca 3150 to 2850 and now it doesn't work. Can you fix this please?

I am playing level 2985. Need 1 more cherry but none on board
I am playing level 2985. All of the cherries and acorns are gone but it still says I need one more cherry. There are no more cherries on the board. I have spent plenty of money on these games and now I will loose all my boosters if I start over. What happened and what should I do?

Hello. I havet lost all my progress in this game. Hasent played in a long time. I dont know what level I was on but maybe you can track it And I probably Had som boosters left too. Dont remember.

“Opps, something went wrong”
I am trying to purchase my 60 Piggy Bank gold bars. I sign into my Apple account, it accepts my password and says all is good, my purchase is complete and then I get the above message. No gold bars. I have tried this over six times, still no bars. Hopefully I haven’t paid $3.99 over six times.

Billing issues
I couldn’t be 100%sure before but I am now! My Credit card seemed to be billing me extra for the last few months. So I have been tracking my purchases since the middle of February. I was right! On February 24 (order#MKZ5FWF6BG) i have a $4.19 charge and then a $8.38 charge. It should be 2 @$4.19total NOT 3. Again today…

HELP! Why am I losing Gold Bars?
I had 30+ Gold Bars. I noticed it went down once and thought it was because I accidentally hit the button to extend life. Then I recently lost more gold bars twice. Now, I am down to 13. It took me a long time to accumulate these bars. Why are they disappearing? Can I get them back? Appreciate your help! Thanks!

Was playing at around level 1350, game got stuck, and when it started again I was moved back to level 2825 with a message saying I was at the end of my travel and needed to upgrade my browser to get access to more levels. Did that, but is still at level 2825 with no new boards. Can you fix this please?
