I have lost all my progress on my Candy Crush game on my iPhone, I don't have a Facebook account connected to it either, how do I get my progress back?

I lost my progress and I don't have an email associated to a Kingdom account
Twice in the candy island competitions i have reached first place. Yet i am still on toffee island.
Am I missing something about how to advance to the next island? I haven't seen any options to claim tickets.
do you ever have to pay
a friend told me that you have to pay to advance past a certain point in the game. is this true or can it be done with just skill and patience/persistence? he said at one point he got a dialog box telling him he had to pay to continue, i've yet to see any thing like that, but i only started playing 9 days ago, thanks!
Keeps going back to 500
Pass a level and game goes back to 500. I have to scroll up to 1895 and it wont move forward
