So i opened Candy crush on the old phone, and connected to facebook for the first time, thinking it would back up the progress to facebook. instead all my years of progress has been wiped?! please help, how can I restore my progress onto my new handset.

facebook reset to level 500.
on my hp laptop i had to have windows 7 reinstalled, now fb shows my candy crush level at 500... on my samsung phone im on level 1532. i have uninstalled candy crush on fb, and logged out from phone, and still same issue.
