App updated overnight. Will not let me connect to Facebook. Crashes when I try to play. All software is up to date. Running on an IOS system. You guys really have to test these things prior to releasing updates.

I was on level 4040 and now its says im on 1513. logged out still not fixed.
I was on level 4040 which I haven't completed yet, when I went back on to play it says I'm on level 1513. I logged out and then back in. Still said I was on level 1513. please fix.

How to stop new game suggestions from popping up while playing Candy Crush Saga?
I passed level 16 but a new game pop up covers icon 17 - can't slide the screen up far enough to get out from under it. Have clicked on the new game thinking once I had X'd it out it would go away - no such luck. Frustrating...

Still unable to play Candy Crush
Still having issues playing game. Haven't been able to play at all in 3 days, game won't even load any more, after force stopping, and restarting app. I'm missing out on all the free bonus stuff every day it doesn't work. Didn't start till last update.

Hi I noticed that a few people with similar problems have had a message sent to thrm regarding the missing UFO boosters, so there question can be solved. why cant i play on my ipad/iphone
before and after update today, I cant play the game on my iphone or ipad. I can play on the computer. The game loads, then I go to click my level and nothing happens. Usually, when you click your level it takes you to play that level. I cant get it to do that. I also cant click extra lives that friends send, or the quest…
