Why did I lose over 100 levels of progress with this new update (WHICH I HATE,BTW)?? Please restore my progress!

How can i see the replies to others that have the same question I do?
I can log on and see the questions that others are asking, and I can see where there have been replies. But, how do i see those replies? Also, I hate the new format,it is very small. I also can not find my gifted lives. Please help.

Why was the PC format changed? I play every day on FB, today it took 20 minutes to load
The game is extremely sssssllllloooowwww for the candies to move. I can't play like it is, if you can't change it back, I guess I will have to find a different game to play.. Hope you can FIX the issues...

Bad customer service
I posted on here 2 days about losing all my boosters. I had over 100 choc and coconut wheels plus between 6-80 other boosters. Plus 20 spare lives Resolution to this problem was pretty much ...suck it up...tough luck. I was offered 3 boosters and told that because I had won them instead of purchasing them then basically…

I purchase a beginner pack which was supposed to give me 20 gold bars so that i can continue playing
I needed 16 gold to continue playing. I was supposed to get 20. I only receive 14 and couldn't continue. I had to spend an addition $1.99 for 15 more bars. Is there a way you can remedy this please? Thank you.

hi everyone. I lost all of my level (24xx) in candy rush saga on my PC. but in my phone it still remain in level 19xx how can I solve this problem can anybody help me

What are the bonus ships? What are the differences? What do they do?
I see a bonus ship if I don't lose a life. I don't understand the differences between them or see and bonus during the levels There are different colors.....what does each one mean? I can't find a definition anywhere like there is for the boosters. Unless I've missed it... Many thanks!
