I had not registered n therefore lost my progress. I was using the name kokwoon. How Can I restore my level?

How do I sign into my email on my tablet to sync my progress and continue where I left off?
My cell phone allows me to pick up on my levels where I left off. How and where can I sign into my tablet to sync my progress? It seems like the only option is to sign in through Facebook, but I didn't do that on my mobile device. I just used my Google account and 4 digit code. Please advise.

I earned 10 stars and completed the starchaser but did not receive the rewards. Is there anything else I should achieve?

Light up the sky reward does not work
I am only getting 2 hour free life and not 6 hour color bomb after completing the constellation. This has happened to me last 3 times. Please help!

CC on my phone is not responding.
I can play CC on my iPad but game is not loading on iPhone. When I press CC it starts to load then goes back as icon. I have tried to turn phone off and restarted but same thing. I have tons of booster I do not wat to loose .
