Cannot save game progress
I have upgraded to a new iPad and my level progress is not transferring over. I have logged into King on my old device to save my progress. I have deleted the app and reinstalled on my new iPad. I have lost all my levels
I recently lost my iPad and purchased a new one. Although I restored with my original backup I have lost all my progress and have been sent back to level 1. I was presumably linked to Facebook but never consciously set a back up as I presumed the iPad did this automatically. Can you assist?

Erase Facebook progress
How can I erase my progress to start from zero again? I want to play the game from the start again cause all my friends that start playing this year don't have to ask for help or wait 72 hours to pass the train. So I want to start again in order to not wait too.

Level 2424 impossible to do
level 2424 says smash the 33 jellies (impossible to do) there are only 32 jellies, i have smashed them all twice now but it keeps saying 1 jelly left Grrrrrrrrrrr, looks like i,m quitting the game for good unless King can fix the level

I also have 2 Facebook accounts and accidentally signed in with the incorect FB. Now it will not let me go into my original account Im on level 1831. I have tried taking off app and adding again still not work it says I have already authorized account? It just keeps going to new account n level 1 Please help!

Ok. Crashing again. What have you done this time?
iPad and phone are crashing again on a regular basis. Are u messing w it again? No good. Losing games, lives, and boosters. Once again ....what have u done and when will it b fixed? Sometimes takes 3 or 4 time before it will connect, and if it doesn't crash mud game it will go after completing a level. Please fix. Thx
