How do I restore backup files for Candy Crush
I recently had to do a factory reset on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. I backed up the files to my PC prior to the reset. Now I am unable to find any files that look like they are for Candy Crush Saga or Soda. I'm so far into the games that I can't bear to start over. Please help me.

Game bug at level 2177

Game loads , slick start and map is grey unable to progress
Using Fully updated android , game loads , click start and I can see the map but everything is greyed out so unable to click my level on the map . It clears only if someone sends me a life or new challenge opens then reoccurs when I close game ...any help please

It appears that the count for the jellies is off by one. I played multiple times today and four times there were no jellies left but it said I had one jelly left. I just played again and one time it said I had four jellies left but in realty there was only three jellies left. Please advance me to the next level or fix this…

Boosts tied to log-in device? how is that?!?
Why are boosts, coins and stuff i win on daily spin tied to the device i play on, like my laptop vs my mobile phone, when they should simply be linked to my account instead, and thus not vary per each device used..?

hi, I recently moved my candy crush from one ipad to another but it didn't pick up where I left off. I was in the 4-600 level and it put me back to 145?? somewhere in that range. how do I get my level back??
