I'm on level 1454 on both my iPad and cellphone. All of a sudden my phone has went back to level 1, how do I get it to level 1454 just like my iPad?

I have completed level 2147 and it is now just going and going and will not finish. Can you stop it and move me to the next level??

Didn't get my prize on last stripped candy contest.
I checked for my prize and no results even showed...everything was gone. I know I was far ahead and in first place...What happened....why didn't I get my prize?

I have now paid for 100 gold bars and did not receive them. I bought two of the $6.99 packs and didn't get gold.

Unlocking next episode failure
I got to a roadblock and instead of waiting I decided to go ahead and use my gold to purchase the next episode, but my game crashed. Now that I load my game back up, not only is the next episode not unblocked but I got double the gold taken away from me How do I fix this?
