I lost approx. 25 hours of free lives during an update. How do I get this time back? Very annoyed!
I have the app for desktop users and it has always accumulated time I earned. My computer updated the app and now I have lost approx. 25 hours of free play time! How do I get this back or can I? I am an avid player and will remove this app from my pc if not fixable.

facebook reset to level 500.
on my hp laptop i had to have windows 7 reinstalled, now fb shows my candy crush level at 500... on my samsung phone im on level 1532. i have uninstalled candy crush on fb, and logged out from phone, and still same issue.

Game completely reset
I updated candy crush yesterday with the most recent update (I believe it was from April 9) and my game completely reset to Level 1. I had been at the highest level (around 2400, can't remember exactly) with a ton of boosters and gold bars. Help!!

Timed levels are impossible for elderly players due to slower reflex time and arthritic hands.
How can we compete with 5-50 year olds?
