My candy crash app keeps crashing when I try to get into app on my iphone 6s?
Just yesterday I tried to get into candy crush app on my iphone 6s but it gets to King loading screen but then crashes and goes to home screen. I tried rebooting phone and closing out but still nothing works. I'm afraid to reinstall the app because I'm on level 2063 and don't want to start over. Please help.

I love candy crush saga but back in December there was trouble with the game.
I lost all my game now back at level one when I was at level 334. Is there anyway you can get me back to that level as I paid a lot along the way to get to that level? I will not be playing again if my level cannot be restored.

my game crashed on my cellphone, and i lost all my boosters
my game kept crashing, everytime i tried to open it, tried restart my phone and nothing worked, the solution was uninstall and install the game, but because of that i lost all my boosters... i had around 80 of each, that sucks so hard

I deleted my old facebook account. I have set up and played through email for some time now. I just created a new Facebook and every time I connect it begins me back on level 1 like the account won't connect with my king email account with my new Facebook

I have purchased one of your power bundles and have not received the "Mystery Box" that was supposed to be included in the purchase. This is frustrating, having to write in to ask for something that should have been automatically included with your purchase.
