Loading stops at 69%
For several days my game has stopped loading at 69%. I use Chrome on my Macbook Pro and play it through Facebook. The other King games work fine and load properly. Help!

I am on level 1992 which required 225,000 points to pass. On my board it shows my friend passed with 153,520 points. On doing research, I see that the requirement used to be only 150,000 points. game won't load
my game loads to 69% and stops. I have gone thru all the steps of getting a new browser, clearing the cashe, etc. nothing seems to help except once in a while it works ok for a while and then stops again. it's very frustrating.

Upon repair of my tablet, the app was deleted and i lost my 1600+ progress :'(
Hello team! My samsung tablet was reset by the samsung factory while on repair.. the synchronization with my facebook account still doesnt bring back my progress of 1600+ level. Thus i'vé lost 3 and half year of extreme work! ^^ Please help me to solve this problem, i cant start again at the bottom, thanks for your help!!!

Loss of progress
The game crashed on my phone every time so I reinstalled it and now my progress is lost. I didnt connect it with Facebook or used a username. It is only connected via my e-mailadres I use for the Play Store.

Lost save!!!! After logging into Facebook, it sent me back to level 1.
I logged into Facebook to save my progress last week I was on level 905. After logging in, all my progress was wiped out, and I am now back to level 1. Over 4 years of progress wiped out. Please help!!!!
