Your update has crashed my app and now I'm at level 1
I was on level 2192 and now I'm on level 1. I don't use Facebook so it hasn't synced since I last used Facebook which was level 996, about 3 years ago. Can I recover my levels?

Candy Crush on iPad 2 won't connect to Facebook
Since last update Candy Crush won't connect to Facebook. Using iPad 2 CC Version 1.56.1 on July 8, 2015. Facebook App and IOS software are all up to date too. I have done a hard shut down of iPad. I have removed app and re-installed. I have tried to access through Facebook. Nothing works.

After last update my app crashes at the start, and it closes I wouldn't reinstall it, cause it means I'll lose my won boosters

Keeping Candy Crush Saga level on computer with Windows 10
I just changed my computer (PC using Windows 10) and want to start off on the level I was on. I tried signing in, but it still starts off on level 1. I have already started at level 1 twice now. Any advice would be appreciated.

Dear king, I have a problem with my account. My son is also playing candy chrush and when I log in on facebook to play, I start at his level. When he logs in with his own non-facebook account, he gets my username and profile. How can we fix this?Thank you in advance,

I have tryed and tryed to play Candy Crush even on Face Book. Nothing happens. It went back to level one, and won't let me play anyway I try! So I give up! Game crashing
Several times I am one move away from solving level and game crashes and starts a new game. Does not crash at other times just when one move away. Any suggestions?
