If you have not figured out how to fix it, why not offer the previous version on the App Store until a solution is found? it was working fine until I decided to do the update, I had no idea there was an issue.

I've lost all my levels candy crush
After saving the game in Facebook I've lost all my levels and back at the beginning. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app but this hasn't worked. I use an android phone. Any help would be grateful I was on something like level 1400

I have tried for days to get past level 1910.
I get the points needed to pass the level and the game doesn't end because I keep getting more time added to my clock. I have been as high as 4 million plus points and when I stop playing, guess what, the game ends, I don't pass the level and I have to start over. i need a refund on a $4.99 gold bar purchase. I purchased the gold bars but the app constantly crashes and I can't play anymore. I think it's unfair that I paid for something I can't play.
