Lost all my progress in CC after connecting to FB
The app on my phone was never connected with Facebook or Kingdom before. Today, after I have logged into Facebook, all my progress was gone. (I was on a level 657 and now I'm on 1). There were no warnings to alert me that connecting to FB will wipe out all my local progress. Please kindly advise me, if there are any ways…

I can't level up from 646. I have more than enough points. Is it stuck? I had 546,000 points and it said I failed the level but I only need 50,000.

I have not had any response. Please advise what I being done to resolve my issue. Payment was taken for gold bars, after transaction had been cancelled. The payment was take but no gold bars were given. Please reverse pymt or add bars to my account
