How come the game thinks it's my stepdaughter playing and not me?

Why never hit jackpot?
I'm on level 2064 and have never hit the jackpot. The odds are 8 to 1. Usually no matter where the jackpot is when I stop the spin I get the lollypop hammer 50% of the time. COME ON!

Why isn't there a confirm/cancel button when you accidently hit the buy moves when the game is over?
I lost gold bars because this app does not have a confirm or cancel button. I never meant to add moves. I would use gold bars to purchase tools for playing such as bombs or hands or striped candies. lost all of my progress when i updated my ipad!! HELP
I was up to level ~1400 on my ipad. I backed up that ipad via itunes before I purchased a new ipad. When I got my new ipad I set it up using the backup so I would not loose my levels. HELP!! I lost all my levels and now even my old ipad which had all my levels now lost all my levels. HELP!!!
