In level 1351 the keys wont drop...when will this be fixed?
After the first 2 keys drop, the rest of them wont, making it impossible to complete this level. Will this be fixed?

Hello, I lost all my progress while changing phone and I do not remember my log-in. I do, however, remember purchasing some lollipops, I was wondering if you can help me restore my progress. I was on level ~1100+ please help.

installed candy crush saga on iPhone and logged in only to see that I have lost around 14 gold bars and all my boosters, please help.

Lost all progress
I opened the app today no update was downloaded and was back at level one from roughly 1750?! Pretty annoyed!

Thank you for changing 1810 solved it in a few hours. moved to 1835
Was stuck on level 1810, I think it was impossible to beat even with boosters. Thank you for fixing this level Moved thru to 1835. hope you don't have a level like that again.

Why can't I receive my requests/notifications?
I have asked friends for help unlocking a new episode. I get notifications on Facebook saying a friend has sent me a request but when I log on to facebook on the game there are no messages.

Gold bars taken
Told me I bought extra moves twice when I didn't. There is no way to back out or unaccept. Took 18 of my gold bars. How can I get them restored?? Also think you should have a way to unaccept a purchase for situations like this.
