Freezing crashing slowing on iPad

Game turns off as soon as the map screen appears
Why does the game turn off as soon as the map comes on ???? Game been playing up now for a number of weeks, I'm playing on an iPad, and all updates have been done. Thanx

Updated CCsaga to iPad-now it blacks out then restarts but never lets me play the level.
CCsaga crashes during play after recent update on iPad. It goes to the point of allowing you to hit "play" then goes black and restarts.

why wont ccsaga load?
since the latest up grade of windows 10 happened on 29th sept, I cannot load cc saga on facebook, yet I can load it on my kindle and iPhone. If I delete the game from facebook and reload it to see if that works, will I lose my game level?
