Syncing and login with facebook
I have reset my Facebook password and therefore have to sign in to candy crush again. Everytime I sign in, I get a notification on my Facebook account that I have done so on the CC app but the app doesn't sync and/or login, and I'm back level one from level 1389. Please help.

Screen freezing
i have made a number of purchases tonight and when I buy the boosters the screen is freezing on my iPhone and I can't finish level! Feeling cheated and annoyed as I know I will be charged! Feel like abandoning candy crush, help!!!

Had 19 gold bars yesterday, now only 1. Anyone else loosing gold bars?

I am tired of buying purchases through the game. Whether for boosted or the gold bars, they always freeze or you don't give me everything I need. I want a full refund for the purchases I made today and yesterday. I can't complete the levels I bought them for because you guys always freeze. It's bullshit.

Double charged, missing items ect.
I have been double charges on the specials the $6.99, $1.99, $29.99 ect. Yes I would get the gold, and some of the power ups/helpers but I NEVER got the mystery chests!!! Bought the 6.99 special and only received the gold bars, how do I get the rest of it?
Missing the mystery treasure box and boosters, from my purchase on Saturday I think. I kept waiting for items to appear, but only got the gold bars. I could have gotten those a lot cheaper if that's all I wanted.
