I purchased gold bars awhile ago and still had 51 of them left like 2 days ago. I know I didn't use them. I would like to know what happened to them. I really would like them back. Thank you.

1958 +5 candies don't move in a shuffle??
I was just wondering why the +5 candies don't move when the board has to reshuffle. Is this the way it has always been or is it just this level? Honestly, I never noticed it until now.

hi, i use BB10 , downloaded candycrsuh from app store for androids. but it wont sync with facebook. seen a link for update but thats for googlepay, my phone wouldnt accept that. is there a way yo sort this out?

I didn't get the items that I purchased. I bought a package for 6.99 which was supposed to have 50
gold bars, and a free package with items. I am pretty sure I started with 11 bars and after the purchase I had 33. I checked my itunes and the purchase is there, I don't think I got the special items either. Thanks for looking into it! paulborawski14@gmail.com

Lost level progress when I deleted my Facebook account.
I was playing Candy Crush Saga from almost 3 years and I was around 1400 level. I lost all my progress when I deleted my Facebook account on Jan 30, 2016 and even reset the phone where I was playing the game. Please help me how can retrieve my progress.

I ordered 50 bars and didnt get them
I had 10 bars and ordered 50 more (came with extra stuff also) the special is what I ordered not sure the real name for it for 6.99. Charged me the $ and now I have 42 bars. How can I start with 10 order 50 and end up with 42. Please help me get my bars back or money back

Restore candy crush levels!
I had to reset my phone and as I didn't use facebook I saved my candy crush app onto SD card but it's not there!!! I was on level 1060 but now its taken me all the way back to level 1!!! I have made multiple purchases to get to this level so can anyone restore me to the level i was on?? Please help!!
