Please help me move along
I am on one of those levels where you have to get help from friends or wait. I do not play the game with friends, and though it seems silly to me that the game has this, I would go through the wait, but the timer is set at zero and nothing happens. How do i get it going again?

Why is my account synced with my mom's?
My mom used my phone to play her candy crush and I've logged her out but now I'm on her level. Everytime she passes a stage, so do I without even playing it. It's frustrating!

Candy crush saga app on windows phone does not connect to facebook
I have been playing candy crush saga on my lumia windows phone, but now I am about to start using a new windows phone. When I choose the sign in with facebook option it goes to facebook and facebook tells me the permission is already setup and then the app tells could not connect. I would not want to start playing again…

payments not being processed after level 830 has anybody had this problem. I do have a lot of boosters available.

Unfortunately my Games miss some essential Features: - My Candy Crush Game has no spinning wheel and no daily boosters available - Candy Crush Soda Saga has no Quest Button All problems appear both on the ipad and iphone. I have an internet connection and use facebook for synching.

I completed twice the birthday cake puzzle, but didn't receive any present whatsoever. What to do?

While I'm playing the screen goes blank
When I'm playing the screen goes blank now it's gotten to point that I can't even start a game I can get the daily gift & spin the wheel but as soon as I tap on the game I want it goes off Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)
