Why didn't I get advanced to the next level when I reached the goal?
I'm on level 1379 & the goal s to collect 4 cherries, which I did....and they were checked off that I did. I even used 9 gold bars to be sure and still didn't get advanced to the next level. Please give me my 9 bars back and advance me to 1380

Logging in
I am playing Candy Crush on my partner and my iPad. They logged out and logged me in but now it will not let them log me out and re enter their Facebook ID. We have tried taking Candy Crush off the computer and down loading afresh but it automatically goes to my log in.

I have completed the point requirements numerous times. I kept playing thinking that maybe I needed to use all 16 moves. Well I have done that and it still will not give me my stars and allow me to continue. What do I do? Help!

Does anyone have an issue with the music stopping on candy crush?
I play on a Galaxy Tab 4 and if I have pet rescue or soda saga etc., open in another window(?) and I'm playing Candy Crush, the music will stop playing unless I take out the other game that's open. We cannot toggle between candy crush accounts on ipad. Its stuck on one profile.
We have one ipad, two separate facebook accounts and we both play candy crush saga and candy crush soda. We used to be able to just change the facebook profile we were logged into and then play whatever game we wanted to in our own account.
