I beat all 3 levels for the pirate weekend, now the game is frozen and the treasure chest won't open

can not open my app
after some phone issues i have not been able to open my app. it says loading and then times out and goes back to the main screen on my iPhone. i am afraid to uninstall app i don't want to lose my space on I'm level 610. i am not connected on Facebook do you have any suggestions on what i can do?

Hi Yesterday I d/loaded Candy Crush App for Windows 10, and started playing and connected to FB fine. Today when I tried to connect to FB it kept cancelling and quitting app? Can someone help me plz? Many Thanks AngellMae

Game won't finish loading on proscan tablet.
I used to be able to play on proscan then I updated candy crush you click on the icon to start game it says loading then quits.
