Why do I not receive tickets that have been requested? Candy Crush Saga
i have watched my husband send a ticket to me and I never get it! This has been ongoing for weeks leaving me to wait up to 72 hours to move on!

Level Passed but doesn't show passed
I passed level 1244 on Candy Crush Saga on a Mac but when I went to go onto the next level immediately after it was showing me as still on level 1244. Not a level I want to go through all the trouble of replaying.

I apologize ... I gave wrong information .... I am playing in FB and I click on Candy Crush Saga and
I get a page that says ... "the connection was reset" .......... I have to click several times in different places to finally get it to load ... I have been playing this game just fine ... and three days ago ... it started happening ..... can anyone help ? Thanks Reece

Cross two stripped blue candies five times?! Really?
I figured out what I was supposed to do in level 130: cross two blue striped candies five times. That's way too difficult. I cannot imagine how long it will take for the candies to align for me to do that. This is too difficult.

I'm stuck on level 1142 in candy crush and I'm about to give this game up for good.
Something that is supposed to be enjoyable shouldn't be so frustrating. Any help would be appreciated or its "goodbye candy crush!"

Glitch in level 683
I have beat this level twice now, according to the requirements (200,000 in 30 seconds). It will not let me advance. I even spent money to add more time so that I could meet the requirements. I also used up several boosters. Pretty ticked about that. Updating the app did not help.

No update after 1505 Android Device
I haven't received an update on this game in two weeks, and checking the Play Store says it's not compatible with device. Since when, two weeks ago??
