Laptop Dell Inspiron 1545, Windows 10 & Candy crush saga app having problem. App can not be used properly. Always background is black. Can not understand how to play. Improve that it will be loaded as can be done by using Google Chrome.

After Candy crush saga loads another box pops up with a game with 3 levels. I cannot x out. Have to click on let's go and it just takes me back to my page with apps. It has done this all day. Ihave cleared all history and cookies. No help. I play through facebook on my nook

I do not recieve my UNLOCK tickets from my friends? At least 20 friends say they have sent the tickets, but I never get them. WHY????? oh and your game is still playing by it self!!!! And why did two of my GOLD BARS go missing???

After I install last update the game is not starting on my iPad mini
After I installed last update I can't open the game any more. It is crashing after I click - play now . How can I uninstall the update, or is there any other solution?

My boosters??
Where did all my boosters go?? I had them earlier, now they are ALL gone. I tried restore purchases. Didn't work. I had not updated. No changes other than I purchased gold bars. Then the boosters all disappeared.
