Hi, the same thing happened to me on Jelly Saga. I went back down to level 1 and I don't remember ever logging in with email or fb. Please help! Thank you! 

Hi @cezdiamond I am facing a similar issue. Logged on to FBI and lost progress. Was on level 408. On my iPad. Never logged in using email before. Please help

I have lost all my progress on candy crush while using my desktop. I had reached level 343 and my computer went on and off 2-3 times and I lost all game progress. I do not use this on mobile or any other device. Can you please help

I have been playing, on Facebook, for a few years.  I just installed the Windows 10 app.  The app correctly shows my current level as 2855 and the number of gold bars is correct.  My problem is, that on Facebook, I have an extremely large collection of boosters.  It does not show up on the windows app.  What do I have to do to be able to use my boosters in the Windows app?

I have the same problem. I wanted to save my progress so I created a Facebook to sync it and lost all my previous progress. I went from level 2100+ back to level 1! I was not registered with facebook or email before. Please help me..

Hi! I lost all my levels after updating my phone OS as well. The app got deleted. When I downloaded again, it started from level 1. I was above 2100 or 2200. Please help!
