How do I reinstate a candy crush app that I accidentally deleted?

I accidentally deleted my candy crush app. I tried reinstating it but now I'm back to Level 1. How do I get back my app with all its data? I've been playing for 3 years & am already in level 1000+.

I accidentally deleted my app and could not retrieve the game once reinstalled. I have no Facebook account

Hi @leahp15, are you by any chance playing the game through the Kingdom?  If not, I suggest that you do because then your progress can be saved on their server.  The first thing that you need to do is to start an account and my suggestion would be to start a Kingdom account.  Please follow the steps on here:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/250549/superstar-information-post-creating-a-kingdom-account-browser-with-images/p1?new=1

Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get an email with a ticket number on it.  Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Please let me know when you get your progress back.  Always play through the Kingdom.  I haven't played through Facebook in ages because of all the glitches.

Welcome to the community. You will need to reinstall your game from the ap store or facebook. What device do you play on? Have you tried restarting your device?

i hjave to restore in my laptop. i have rtestored in mobile. how to take it on laptop. earlier I was playing on laptop. now deleted. i want to take on laptop. all levels restored already. only I want to take on laptop.

Hi @kalp9 and welcome to our Community!

If you played on Facebook or King.com, your game is still saved on your account, just login to the same account you used before and open the game and it's all thee.

If you played via the Windows app, then just like on mobile, download it again from Microsoft Store and connect it to your Facebook or King account where you had the game saved on.
